Annually, the General Meeting of the Members – those Contributing Members who 1) have donated a minimum of $25,000 to date and 2) represent the FUnds with $100,000+ in assets for a minimum of two consecutive years – meet in person and/or virtually by Zoom app – to review and approve recommendations from the Board, make Board and Board Committee appointments, and eelect Board members. These AGMs are typically held in mid-Fall, most recently on November 13, 2025.
