The Executive Committee is a small committee of the Board of Directors, appointed at the Annual General Meeting, to be responsible for day-to-day operations and execution of the strategic plan. It meets as required to:
- Provide a sounding board for the CEO and President
- Review and approve operational plans and communications
- Make recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Act for the Board of Directors as required

- Jason Thomson (Ex-officio, Treasurer)
- Jeff Chan (Ex-officio, Chief Executive Officer)
