Les Voyageurs Rugby Fund was established to raise money for the Women’s Age-grade Rugby Fund and the Men’s U20 Supporters Fund.
Les Voyageurs are a group of Rugby Canada supporters and fans who originally came together to travel to and attend the Vancouver 7s tournament. The group established this Fund to show support for rugby in Canada and celebrate the experiences they have come to enjoy while attending the Vancouver 7s and during their rugby playing time, with a focus on men’s and women’s age-grade player and team development.
The endowment is intended to generate funds to be allocated 50/50 to the Canada Men’s U20 program, and the Canada Women’s Age-grade (U18, U20 and U23) programs. Each year following the Foundation’s year-end, 50% of the Fund’s payout will be transferred to the U20 Fund, and 50% will be transferred to the Women’s Rugby Accelerated Pathway (WRAP) Fund.
