The Executive Committee is a small committee of the Board of Directors, appointed at the Annual General Meeting, to be responsible for day-to-day operations and execution of the strategic plan. It meets as required to:
- Provide a sounding board for the Executive Director and Chair
- Review and approved operational plans and communications
- Make recommendations to the Board of Directors
The 2025-2026 Executive Committee consists of:

- Jim Kellett
- Jerry Marriott
- Jason Thomson (Ex-officio Treasurer)
- Jeff Chan (Ex-officio Executive Director)
