GREETINGS!<\/strong><\/p>\n

On behalf of the Canadian Rugby Foundation Board of Directors and leadership group, I am pleased to present our October 2026 Newsletter, \u201cNews and Views\u201d. This provides an update since our last Newsletter in February\u00a0 2026, and our 2025 Annual Report.<\/p>\n

After another year of political and economic turmoil around the world, rugby in Canada enjoyed a very successful year, highlighted by our Canadian Sr. Women\u2019s historic wins over England on home soil in October. Our performance at the Canadian Rugby Foundation continues on a growth trajectory begun in 2021, with assets between December 31, 2025 and September 30, 2026 increasing from $25.3 million to $32.2 million, largely due to Fletcher\u2019s Fields Limited\u2019s major donations in January and June.<\/div>\n
\n

As well, we continue to expand our footprint across Canada to 96 funds in 8 provinces.<\/p>\n

By year-end 2026, we hope to approach the 100-fund milestone and add to our $32 million+ mark in assets. This growth is only possible through the efforts, good will, and confidence of our existing fund representatives and club executives, our current and future donors, and the increased interest and commitment to long-term sustainability at rugby clubs across Canada.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s hoping the remainder of 2026 and the new year is successful on the pitch, and prosperous off it for all!<\/p>\n
