Established in March 2023, the Red Deer Titans RFC Endowment Fund is intended to provide annual funding from its endowment that continues the objects of the Red Deer Titans Rugby Football Club (Fund Sponsor) and are consistent with the broad objects and purposes of the Red Deer Titans Rugby Football Club, Rugby Canada and the Canadian Rugby Foundation to develop and grow rugby across Canada while meeting all CRA requirements.<\/p>\n
The following are examples of the kinds of projects or uses for which a grant or fund disbursement may be approved.\u00a0 (This list is appropriate for rugby club operations)<\/p>\n
OPERATING EXPENSES including any of the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n Major renovations to or new construction of facilities and clubhouse are the focus of the Red Deer Titans RFC Capital Fund.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The Red Deer Titans RFC<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Starting in 1972, the Red Deer Titans Rugby Club was formed to provide the opportunity for individuals of all ages to play rugby within Central Alberta. Since, we have grown as a club to help 4+ year-old individuals transform into the best athletes they can be, with former members even playing on international rugby platforms. We now operate U5, U7, U9, U11, U16, U18, & senior teams.<\/p>\n June 2022 marked our 50th Anniversary year. Come join our family, where we put our players first!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Core Values<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Our organization is centered upon our Core Values. It is our belief \u201cCharacter Builds Champions\u201d both on and off the field as such our program is centered on our Core Values. When we cheer \u201cTitan Up\u201d this is what we are referring to:<\/p>\n Discipline \u2013 Discipline is the art of self-control. Those who succeed in rugby, as well as life, tend to exhibit a high degree of discipline.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Passion \u2013 Passion is what drives the will to do the seemingly impossible. It is a relentless, unstoppable force that pushes each Titan to self-improvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Toughness \u2013 Rugby is a demanding sport; life even more demanding. Toughness is a resilience to overcome challenges and setbacks. Titans are built to be physically and mentally tough.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Family \u2013 Rugby is a family sport and Titans are close family.
