It is charged with overseeing the management of the Foundation&#8217;s investments which are managed on a day-to-day basis by the firm of Leith Wheeler Investment Counsel.<\/p>\n<p>The Committee&#8217;s primary responsibilities are to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop with the Investment Manager, the Foundation&#8217;s Investment Policy Statement (IPS)<\/li>\n<li>Review and recommend to the Board the appointment of the Investment Manager<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the Investment Manager&#8217;s performance relative to adherence to the IPS, reporting on monthly, quarterly and annual investment performance, providing environmental scans, forecasts, and implications for short- and long-term investment planning and decisions, and suggesting revisions to the IPS when appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The 2025-2026 members of the Investment Committee are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jim Kellett (Chair)<\/li>\n<li>Mike Holmes<\/li>\n<li>Jerry Marriott<\/li>\n<li>Steve Swaffield<\/li>\n<li>Jeff Chan (Ex-officio, Executive Director)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/canadianrugbyfoundation.ca\/rugby\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/CRF-IPS-Fully-Signed-20210515.pdf\">Investment Policy Statement (May 2021)<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Investment Committee is a committee of the Board of Directors appointed at the Annual General Meeting.
