It meets as required to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a sounding board for the CEO and President<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve operational plans and communications<\/li>\n<li>Make recommendations to the Board of Directors<\/li>\n<li>Act for the Board of Directors as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The 2026 Executive Committee consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mike Holmes (Chair)<\/li>\n<li>Hans de Goede (Vice President)<\/li>\n<li>Jim Kellett<\/li>\n<li>Jerry Marriott<\/li>\n<li>Jason Thomson (Ex-officio, Treasurer)<\/li>\n<li>Jeff Chan (Ex-officio, Chief Executive Officer)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Executive Committee is a small committee of the Board of Directors, appointed at the Annual General Meeting, to be responsible for day-to-day operations and execution of the strategic plan.
