The Leprechaun Tiger RFC is a proud Edmonton Rugby Football Club that has and continues to provide it\u2019s members with playing opportunities at various competitive levels including local, provincial and national levels through our Women, Men, Youth and Old Boys programs.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The club was created in 1992 from two successful Men\u2019s Rugby Clubs, the Leprechauns RFC, and the Tiger RFC. Four years later the Coven Women\u2019s RFC joined the two men\u2019s clubs. The Leprechaun Tiger RFC is strongly supported by the Leprechaun Tiger Rugby Alumni who have sustained the club with financial and social support to the players and the club over many years.<\/p>\n

The mission of the Leprechaun Tiger Rugby Club is to provide a positive environment and premier facilities to foster the growth of the sport of rugby. We strive to promote involvement in the game and provide rugby playing opportunities to individuals of all abilities and ages and to enhance the experience of all club members. We are committed to the improvement of the sport of rugby at a club, community, and\u00a0national level.<\/p>\n

The Leprechaun Tiger RFC Legacy Fund is a natural evolution of that commitment and provides a vehicle to honour the memory of Alumni and current players who have passed on but remain with us in spirit.<\/p>\n

The Legacy Fund will provide financial support for the development of rugby within the club, with a major focus on Junior Rugby. The Legacy Fund is an endowment, with the principal amount within the fund generating annual interest\/returns that will become available for approved club programs and educational bursaries.<\/p>\n

Monies and awards will be disbursed on an annual basis based on funds available. We strongly encourage all Leprechaun Tiger Alumni and Friends to donate generously to the Leprechaun Tiger RFC Legacy Fund to ensure that this endowment can support continued growth and success of the Leprechaun Tiger RFC.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
