Red Deer Titans Rugby Football Club

Starting in 1972, the Red Deer Titans Rugby Club was formed to provide the opportunity for individuals of all ages to play rugby within Central Alberta. Since that founding, the club has grown  to help U5, U7, U9, U11, U16, U18, & senior players in Central Alberta transform into the best athletes they can be, with current and former members/alumni even playing on Canada’s senior rugby teams, such as Courtney Holtkamp and Paige Farries.

Rugby Park and Facilities

The Red Deer Titans Park is home to not only two of the best fields in Alberta, but also features a wonderful clubhouse complete with a banquet room, bar, in-house catering, team facilities and a fitness/weight lifting room. The rugby park features:

  • A banquet room with adequate room for sit-down meals

  • A fully equipped kitchen and wet bar

  • A 2-tier deck complete with patio seating

  • An industrial-sized natural gas barbecue

  • Full TV projector, stereo system & karaoke machine

  • Satellite entertainment system

  • Free Wifi

  • 2 full-sized rugby pitches

  • Multiple change rooms with full shower facilities

  • A fitness center/gym complete with power racks, free weights, barbells, and plyo boxes

  • Parking available for approximately 300 vehicles

The Red Deer Titans RFC Capital Fund

Established in March 2023, the Red Deer Titans RFC Capital Fund is intended to provide funding from capital withdrawals that continue the objects of the Red Deer Titans Rugby Football Club (Fund Sponsor) and are consistent with the broad objects and purposes of the Red Deer Titans Rugby Football Club, Rugby Canada and the Canadian Rugby Foundation to develop and grow rugby across Canada while meeting all CRA requirements. The  Capital Fund is a vehicle for the Red Deer Titans Rugby Football Club to amass assets to support construction or renovations to the Red Deer Titans clubhouse, facilities, and park, or the purchase of other major capital equipment.
